If you are an Employer, Company, or Job Recruiter, you may only post legitimate jobs that have at least some level of telecommuting/remote or is a legitimate home based business. If for whatever reason, we deem that the job posting is a scam, low quality, or does not fit in the interests of the job seekers, we will immediately remove the job posting to keep the quality of Work Remote at Home at a high standard. Some job postings advertising for starting a home business may be subject to removal. Job postings that require the candidate to pay a fee may be subject to removal. If multiple low-quality or scam job posts have been posted from your account, your account may be suspended. Keep it professional. From time to time we may offer free job postings. There is a limit of one free job posting. Any additional free postings made within a certain time frame may be deleted, with the possibility of account suspension. The page containing the job posting will be set to ‘nofollow’ and ‘noindex’ to instruct search engines to not index the job posting.
11, Automatically Recurring Subscription
As clearly stated multiple times on the pricing page when you submit your billing information, depending on the pricing plan you select it does not automatically renew unless you opt-in for a subscription. Subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the end of each month (30 days) at which time you will be billed for a continued subscription. You are solely responsible for and in control of cancelling your account when you would like to no longer use the WorkRemoteatHome.com service. No pro-rated credit will be given for partial usage of your subscription.
11. Unauthorized Use of Materials
Subject to our Privacy Policy, any communication or material that you transmit to this site or to us, whether by electronic mail, post, or other means, for any reason, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. While you retain all rights in such communications or material, you grant us and our agents and affiliates a non-exclusive, paid-up, perpetual, and worldwide right to copy, distribute, display, perform, publish, translate, adapt, modify, and otherwise use such material for any purpose regardless of the form or medium (now known or not currently known) in which it is used.
Please do not submit confidential or proprietary information to us unless we have mutually agreed in writing otherwise. We are also unable to accept your unsolicited ideas or proposals, so please do not submit them to us in any circumstance.

Mailboxes may have a limited storage capacity. If you exceed the maximum permitted storage space, we may employ automated devices that delete or block email messages that exceed the limit. We will not be responsible for such deleted or blocked messages.

WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, SERVICES, AND SERVICES’S SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
